RISK DISCLOSURE
Read this before you risk a dollar.
SaPEX NEXUS is an analytical tool, not a broker, bank, or financial adviser. Trading crypto and stocks carries a real, ordinary risk of losing some or all of your capital — no AI model, confidence score, or accuracy statistic changes that. This page sets out that risk plainly, in full, in one place.
1 · WHAT SAPEX NEXUS IS
An analytics terminal, not a broker
This single distinction underlies everything else on this page.
What the Service is
SaPEX NEXUS is an educational, informational, and analytical software platform. It runs an AI model (SaPEX_001.Alpha Model) that scans market data and outputs probabilistic signals, risk assessments, and market-size estimates. It provides analysis and tooling — position calculators, accuracy tracking, news aggregation — for you to use in your own decision-making.
What the Service is not
- Not a registered broker-dealer, and it does not execute trades on your behalf
- Not a registered investment adviser, portfolio manager, or financial planner in any jurisdiction
- Not a bank, custodian, payment institution, or money transmitter
- Not personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice — nothing it outputs is tailored to your individual financial situation
What that means in practice
No signal, score, forecast, or piece of commentary from SaPEX NEXUS is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument. You decide whether, when, and how much to trade, on whichever exchange or broker you separately choose to use, and you are solely responsible for that decision and its outcome.
2 · MARKET & CAPITAL RISK
Why trading itself is risky, independent of any tool
This is true of any trading activity, on any platform, with or without AI involved.
You can lose some or all of your capital
Cryptocurrency and stock prices can move sharply and unpredictably in either direction. Depending on position size and leverage, it is possible to lose part or all of the capital allocated to a trade, and in leveraged positions, to lose more than the amount initially committed. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose in full.
Cryptocurrency-specific risk
- Crypto markets trade 24/7 with no circuit breakers or trading halts to slow sharp moves
- Many pairs, especially outside the largest-cap assets, have thin liquidity, which can widen spreads and worsen fill prices during volatility
- Regulatory treatment of specific crypto assets varies by country and can change, which can itself move prices
- Custody, exchange, and wallet risk (hacks, insolvency, mismanagement) exist independently of anything SaPEX NEXUS does or says
Stock market risk
Equities are exposed to company-specific events (earnings, guidance, litigation), sector-wide moves, and macroeconomic shocks (rate decisions, inflation data, geopolitical events) that can move prices sharply and quickly, sometimes outside normal trading hours via after-hours or pre-market moves that a signal generated during the prior scan cycle would not reflect.
No signal, model, or human eliminates this risk
This is true of every trading tool, AI-powered or not, regulated or not. Institutional quantitative funds with far larger research budgets and data access than any consumer tool still have losing periods. A high confidence score or a strong recent win rate describes the past, not a promise about the next trade.
3 · AI & MODEL LIMITATIONS
The AI can be confidently wrong
Stated plainly, not buried in a modal.
Hallucination risk, defined
SaPEX NEXUS relies on experimental AI and machine learning models. Like any such model, it can occasionally generate a "hallucination" — output that is fluent and plausible-sounding but factually incorrect or logically unsupported by the underlying data. This can affect any module, including signals, geopolitical risk commentary, and market-size figures. Treat every output as a claim to be checked, not a fact to be assumed.
Predictive variance & latency
Outputs related to price direction, geopolitical risk, and market sizing are probabilistic estimations, not factual guarantees. There is also a gap between when a scan runs and when you act on its output — during that gap, conditions can change enough to invalidate the signal.
Third-party data dependency
The model reads price, volume, and news data from third-party sources. If any of those upstream feeds are delayed, incomplete, or wrong, the model's output inherits that problem. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any underlying data.
Sample size matters
Any accuracy or win-rate figure shown in the terminal is live-tracked and grows over time — early in a new instrument's track record, or shortly after a feature launches, that figure is based on a small number of closed signals and should be weighed accordingly. See the full explanation on the Methodology page.
4 · Past performance is not a guarantee
Any historical accuracy rating, win rate, or backtested figure describes signals that have already closed under past market conditions. It does not predict, promise, or guarantee how future signals will perform. Market conditions ("regimes") change — a model, strategy, or asset that performed well in one period can underperform in the next, sometimes sharply and without warning. Nothing on this site should be read as an assurance that future results will resemble past ones.
5 · OPERATOR, PAYMENTS & JURISDICTION
Who you're dealing with, and how payment works
Operating entity
SaPEX NEXUS is currently operated on an independent basis. [Legal / registered entity name and registration jurisdiction — to be added here if and when the operating entity is formally incorporated]. It is not currently registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or money-transmitter in any jurisdiction.
Governing law
The Service is currently offered globally without a single designated governing law or exclusive jurisdiction for disputes. [Governing law / jurisdiction — to be specified here if and when one is formally designated]. Until a governing law is designated, the legal remedies available to you in a dispute may depend on where you are located, and may be more limited than they would be with a locally regulated financial services provider. If you are unsure how this affects you, consider seeking independent legal advice.
Data we don't collect
SaPEX NEXUS does not collect or store sensitive personal identifiers such as government-issued ID documents or card numbers. Account sign-in is handled via Google OAuth, which shares only your name, email, and profile picture with us.
Crypto payment risk
- Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain — unlike card payments, there is typically no chargeback mechanism if you send funds to the wrong address or are targeted by a scam impersonating us
- Always verify payment addresses and official channels directly on sapexnexus.com before paying — we do not solicit payment through unsolicited Instagram DMs or third parties
- Crypto asset values used for payment can themselves fluctuate between the time a price is quoted and the time a transaction confirms
6 · Signal fairness
Every user on the same plan tier — Free or Premium — receives identical signals at the identical time, with no early-access queue or preferential delivery within a tier. Full detail is on the Methodology page.
Your responsibility to check local rules
Financial regulation, and the treatment of AI-generated analysis, crypto trading, and unregulated informational tools, varies by country and can change. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable to you, and for not using it where doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaPEX NEXUS and its operator are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or other outcomes resulting from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. You use the Service, and act on any of its output, entirely at your own risk and discretion.
7 · BEFORE YOU TRADE
A short checklist, worth more than any signal
- Only risk capital you can genuinely afford to lose in full
- Check the sample size behind any accuracy figure, not just the percentage
- Set your own stop-loss and position size against your own risk tolerance — never someone else's
- Treat every AI output, including this site's, as a claim to verify, not a fact to assume
- Understand that no tool, subscription tier, or confidence score can remove market risk — only manage how much of it you take on
